Our Commitment to Quality Photography
When you book a session with ShutterGlowPhotography, we want you to feel at ease and excited for your session.
Our policy requires a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, allowing us to plan for your session and ensure a smooth process for everyone.
We deliver edited pictures via wetransfer and remove them from our computer after delivery. Please be mindful of our turnaround time (up to 3 weeks) and download your gallery as soon as you receive them.
We require that any cancellation or changes to a scheduled session be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients as needed. In the event that a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may be applied.
